John Rix, Director of AlixPartners, LLP, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in organizational development.

Mr. Rix has more than 20 years of top management retail experience in the UK, Germany and Eastern Europe, and has been the director of AlixPartners, LLP since 2012. He is familiar with U.S. food and home retail, and has honed his expertise in retail strategy and organizational development. In his current position, he assists the Interprice Improvement Retail Team in various tailored services for retail companies and private equity firms.

Mr. Rix has successfully managed start-ups, turnarounds and PMIs, and has led multi-cultural organizations as well as companies with massive organic growth. An excellent communicator, he is able to inspire and motivate all stakeholders, particularly when it really matters. In 1991, he earned an HD in Informatics and Economics from the Copenhagen Business School.

Mr. Rix attributes his success to his open-minded nature, positive thinking, listening skills, and the ability to understand numbers and figures. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding, and as the years progress, he intends to return to the position of CEO.
