Dr Richard Obedian To Mentor Young Surgeons

Dr Richard Obedian, an orthopedic surgeon who lives and works in New York State, will reach out to younger medical professionals to mentor them in the coming year.

2014-03-21
HICKSVILLE, NY, March 21, 2014 (Press-News.org) Dr. Richard Obedian enjoys a hard-earned reputation as one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the state of New York. Dr Richard Obedian says that his success in this field is due in large part to his work ethic. Dr. Richard Obedian does what he can to work as much and as hard as possible. But Dr. Richard Obedian is quick to acknowledge that he has benefitted from the help he's had along the way: several great coaches and mentors who early on, recognized his developing ability.

"Although I am really proud of how successful my career has been, I know that it would not be the way that it is today if it were not for the help, support, coaching, and guidance that I received from a number of professional mentors at the earliest stages of my career," Dr Richard Obedian recently said. "Without those more experienced professionals taking the time out of their incredibly busy schedules to work with me and guide me through the challenging situations that I faced at the earliest parts of my career, I doubt that I would be this successful."

Dr. Richard Obedian says he has reached the point of his career that it's time to give back. He is truly and deeply committed to reaching out to younger members of the medical profession and offering them the benefit of everything he has learned. Dr Richard Obedian says that he has not yet come up with specific details for his mentoring plans. However, Dr Richard Obedian was quick to add that he hopes to begin mentoring younger medical professionals as soon as he possibly can.

"I know that the first several years of medical practice, especially for surgeons, can be extremely difficult and present many unique challenges," Dr. Richard Obedian explained. "However, I am confident that I can take my many years of experience and use them to help guide younger doctors and surgeons through these challenging times. I am more than thrilled that I will have new and exciting opportunities to reach out to younger surgeons and give them the support and guidance that they will no doubt need during these times."

Dr Richard Obedian says that he is currently reaching out to newer surgeons in his area to see if they feel as though they would benefit from having a mentor.

Dr Richard Obedian is an experienced orthopedic surgeon who prides himself on being as ethical as possible, and with providing outstanding care and treatment to each of his patients. Dr. Richard Obedian believes that mentorship is one of the best ways that an older and more experienced surgeon can help support the newest generation of doctors and surgeons. Dr. Richard Obedian says that he is excited for this new opportunity and that he hopes that his help, guidance, and support will benefit a number of new and less experienced surgeons.

When Dr. Richard Obedian is not working in his orthopedic surgery practice or mentoring younger surgeons, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Dr. Richard Obedian lives in the state of New York.

About: Dr Richard Obedian is a leading orthopedic surgeon.
