LONDON, ENGLAND, March 22, 2014 (Press-News.org) Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President: Koichi Muto) today announced that MOL had a booth for the first time at the project cargo, heavy lift & RO-RO logistics exhibition Breakbulk China 2014, which was held March 12-13 in Shanghai, China.
MOL has been looking for growth in the logistics business field, and since 2013, it is taking strategic steps with its Group companies in the field. Transport of plant and heavy lift cargo is one focus area, and four MOL Group companies jointly participated in the exhibit, namely, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd., MOL Logistics (Japan), Co., Ltd., Utoc Corporation、and Mitsui O.S.K. Kinkai, Ltd. The MOL Group took this opportunity to show the group's unique services, which include ocean shipping by containerships; bulkers; heavy lifters, land-based logistics, cargo loading/unloading, and installation.
