Holding More than 40 Years of Experience, Leif Jean Vincentsen has Spent the Past 14 as the Technical Director of Sund & Bælt Holding A/S

KØBENHAVN V, DENMARK, April 15, 2014 (Press-News.org) Leif Jean Vincentsen, Technical Director of Sund & Bælt Holding A/S, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in technical management. After studying structural engineering in college, Mr. Vincentsen started his career as a construction engineer. Now holding more than 40 years of experience, he has spent the last 14 as the technical director of Sund & Bælt Holding A/S, a state owned company, acting as the owner and operator of important Danish transport infrastructure comprising motorways, railway lines, large bridges and tunnels for road and rail traffic, port facilities and offshore wind farm.

Skilled in planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of technical infrastructure, Mr. Vincentsen has during the last 27 years been responsible for management of technology, risks, design, architecture, planning, health and safety, security, environment and quality. He today is the responsible manager of the technical administration, operation and maintenance of bridges, tunnels, motorways, railway lines, harbors and wind turbines. In 1971, he earned a master's degree in structural engineering at the Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, and in 1995, he completed an advanced management program at INSEAD.

Mr. Vincentsen was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the International Association for Cable Supported Bridges as chairman of the permanent committee. He also serves as the vice-chairman in the European organization ASECAP. He attributes his success to hard work, experience, education, and quality performance. Looking ahead, Mr. Vincentsen aims for continued growth and success. He would also like to continue working with the Danish Ministry of Transport, the owner of the Sund & Bælt Holding A/S.
