WICHITA, KS, April 17, 2014 (Press-News.org) Whirlwind of Change Transition Services President and Owner, Rose Brink, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in transition services.

After 30 years of success in the senior housing industry, Ms. Brink decided to open her own company to assist seniors and veterans in the difficult transition of downsizing from their current home to a smaller home or retirement community. She established Whirlwind of Change Transition Services, and has since used her expertise to help senior citizens cope with moving. The company assists seniors that may not have family living close by who can help them, and assists clients with selling their homes, financial planning, estate planning, packing and finally settling in to their new homes. Ms. Brink's strong work ethic, determination and passion for helping others have led her company to success. She has received many awards for increasing occupancy and exceeding budgets at Whirlwind of Change Transition Services.

Prior to establishing Whirlwind of Change Transition Services, Ms. Brink worked in the Senior Housing Industry for the last 30 years in various positions. She also earned an SSD Certification, KS Certified Nursing Assistant, a certified Activity Director, a certified OSHA trainer, and is certified through Faith Based Crisis Response Training in Critical Incident Stress Management. She has been affiliated with the Wounded Warrior Project, Inc., Convoy of Hope, the Muscular Dystrophy Association Inc., the American Heart Association, Inc., the Alzheimer's Association, BNI and the Local Chamber of Commerce. She is currently affiliated with the Kansas Honor Flight, the Wichita Leads Group, the Elder Care Group, and the Heartland Minstrel Alliance. In recognition of her achievements, Ms. Brink was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. Looking forward, she aims to expand the company and continue to help people.
