CHICAGO, IL, April 19, 2014 (Press-News.org) Plans for the first-ever In-Stadium Fan Experience Summit are in place, offering operations, marketing, and guest services specialists an opportunity to share ideas and network with some of the leading front office professionals from all corners of the sports industry. League executives from the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MLS, and the collegiate level will be on hand to conduct presentations addressing the major components of creating the ultimate fan experience within the stadium.
The summit, scheduled for July 14-15, 2014 in Chicago, IL, will cover a variety of topics such as offering in-stadium WiFi hot spots, implementing green initiatives, training front line employees, effective ingress and egress operations and fostering gameday traditions. A plethora of networking opportunities will be available for attendees to share ideas and implement best practices. More than two dozen speakers will be on hand to present session topics, including Bill Schlough of the San Francisco Giants, Kevin Griffin of the Cleveland Browns, and Megan Robertson of the University of Oregon.
As the only meeting of it's kind, the In-Stadium Fan Experience Summit offers the opportunity to discuss the all-encompassing fan experience from driveway to driveway. Representatives from teams throughout the sports arena will be talking about unique operations tactics such as Fan Advisory Board initiatives, team branding, and recognition and personalization technologies. Interactive panel discussions will provide engaging discussion about best practices for creating memorable gamedays and ultimately increasing revenue.
