MIDDLETOWN, NJ, April 24, 2014 (Press-News.org) For the 9th summer, Rock'n Music Academy in Middletown, NJ is offering three weeks of rock camps and a week of recording camp. The camps are open to guitar, bass, drums, keyboard/piano, and vocal students ages 8-17. The rock camps focus on the art of playing in a band. Students take part in daily band rehearsals and technique/theory sessions to hone their skills. The week culminates with a live concert! The recording camp focuses on writing and recording original music with professional equipment. Students learn professional songwriting techniques and how to craft well written songs. At the conclusion of the camp the students receive a cd of their original songs!
