COLUMBUS, OH, November 20, 2010 (Press-News.org) The boot camp will take place on Tuesday, November 23 from 6:00 to 6:45 pm, at the Shao-Lin Do Center, 3848 Lattimer Street in Hilliard.
The camp will benefit the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. Participants' "ticket" to enter will be the canned goods they bring to donate. This fun annual event is just one of the many ways Yun Fitness Boot Camps strives to create great workouts for great causes.
Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up, two or three body weight intervals, and an 8-10 station circuit featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.
