ATLANTA, GA, November 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) Several of Atlanta's largest corporations and non-profits recently joined e-VERIFILE.COM Inc in the first in a series of "brainstorming" sessions that focus on leveraging new technologies to achieve diversity goals.
The sessions are part of e-VERIFILE's Executive Forward Forum (EF2) initiative which seeks to bring together innovative leaders to identify trends and exchange ideas on the technological advances that can impact their success. "America's future lies in its diversity and we appreciate the opportunity to develop a program whereby businesses and government can benefit economically when competing in today's global marketplace," according to Ravi Wijesinghe, e-VERIFILE Founder and CEO.
In the coming months, e-VERIFILE will continue to hold additional EF2 meetings on Technology and Diversity with local corporate leaders. "Bringing together the greatest minds in one room really helps everyone identify problems and form solutions that help move diversity forward," says Devon Wijesinghe, e-VERIFILE Chief Strategy Officer and Project lead for the EF2 initiative. "Solutions for diversity are scarce, and this is the perfect opportunity to have diversity officers create something for them and by them," he added.
In addition to the forums on diversity, e-VERIFILE also plans to convene similar meetings in the future that focus on how breakthrough technologies can be leveraged to improve other vital organizational processes and routine workplace tasks.
