Stonewood Grill and Tavern unveils new bar menu; Menu offers mixed drinks that pair with exciting new dishes

Guests frequenting Stonewood Grill and Tavern for drinks with friends will have their own food menu soon. Stonewood Grill and Tavern is launching a new bar menu in mid-December with five new dishes of lighter fare than its dinner menu.

ORMOND BEACH, FL, December 05, 2010

A favorite steak and seafood restaurant continues to unveil new enhancements to its services.

In mid-December, Stonewood Grill & Tavern will launch a new menu designed specifically for guests who frequent the bar and are seeking lighter fare than the restaurant's regular dining menu, which was streamlined and reintroduced in October.

"The new bar menu gives our guests several lighter, fresher, updated choices to snack on when they come in to meet a friend and just hang out without having to purchase something heavier from the dinner menu," said Chef Mike Drury, vice president of culinary operations for Stonewood Grill & Tavern. "The new food items work in tandem with a line of new drinks that will pair well with the new dishes' flavors."

Guests have a choice of five items, including griddled Polska kielbasa sausage served with blended whole-grain mustard and Stonewood's signature pretzel bread; house-made red, white and blue potato chips served with bleu cheese and aioli; Falcon's fire wings served with fresh bleu cheese dressing; oak-grilled chicken with feta cheese and flatbread; and lightly fried, drizzled butterfly shrimp served with Buffalo sauce and bleu cheese dressing.

The new drinks include a Caramel Appletini, a Desert Sun Pear Martini and a Twisted Mary, which offers a new take on the classic Bloody Mary with a dash of cilantro and Habanero lime syrup. Both the new drinks and food items range in price from $9 to $10.50.
