RGL Forensics Names Aaron Cother New Dallas Director

Floor trader, private equity professional and Marine Corps veteran joins global company

DENVER, CO, December 16, 2010 (Press-News.org) RGL Forensics, one of the world's largest forensic accounting and corporate finance advisory firms, announced today the appointment of Aaron Cother as Director in the Dallas office.

In this position, Aaron Cother will be specifically involved in RGL's transaction and corporate advisory service practices. He will provide sellers and strategic and financial sponsors with transaction advisory services and focus on transactions less than $500MM.

"The need for middle market transaction services is growing, even as the economy remains sluggish," Mr. Cother said. "The global economy's tight capital markets and changing regulatory and accounting environments are continuing to drive the need for corporate finance and M&A experience. RGL Forensics' trusted advisor status, history of financial investigation and deep expertise in a wide variety of industries makes us especially suited to serve clients' transaction needs."

Before joining RGL, Mr. Cother was a Director at Trinity Private Equity Group in Southlake, Texas, where he was directly involved with portfolio company monitoring and management, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and advised on difficult financial issues such as UCC Article 9 asset dispositions and Section 363 Bankruptcy transactions. He has also managed investments at CITI Smith Barney, was a member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and a trader on the Pacific Stock Exchange in San Francisco.

Prior to his finance experience, Mr. Cother served in the special operations community of the U.S. Marine Corps. His military career has been highlighted by numerous commendations and awards for outstanding leadership, general management and field operations.

Mr. Cother received a Bachelor's Degree from the American Military University in Manassas, Va. in International Relations.
