Host a Banquet or Meeting in this $3M Mansion Offered by RDS Real Estate

COLLEYVILLE, TX, December 24, 2010

An affluent business owner opens his 14,000 square foot mansion as an event venue rental to the general public for special events and corporate outings. This rental property comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to throw any kind of event, including a heated pool and spa, a two-storey European library, seven different fireplaces and a spacious formal dining area.

"Everyone wants to know what it feels like to live the high life," says owner Ron Sturgeon, "and I want to make that experience available to them." As founder and CEO of RDS Real Estate, Sturgeon has spent years renting out properties similar to this event space rental for a variety of events.

Whether you need just banquet rooms to serve as corporate event space or the entire house for a wedding reception, Sturgeon makes sure to keep the terms flexible and the prices within reach. This particular location is especially popular for those looking for a Super Bowl house rental location.

"My ultimate goal," says Sturgeon "is to enable people to celebrate these special occasions in ultimate luxury, and leave an everlasting impression that no one will ever forget." Sturgeon discovered years ago that the secret to hosting a great event is to make it extremely memorable. He continues, "This great summer home isn't just an event location, but an event in itself."

RDS Real Estate is a leader in leasing office and commercial space in Tarrant County.
