Gap Adventures Names New Online Marketing Manager

Gap Adventures, the world's adventure travel leader, announces the appointment of Steve Gervais to Online Marketing Manager.

TORONTO, CANADA, January 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) Gap Adventures, the world's adventure travel leader, announces the appointment of Steve Gervais to Online Marketing Manager. Gervais joins the company from American Express where he served as Senior Marketing Analyst, Online Acquisition, for the past three years, driving search engine optimization and managing online advertising campaigns and the company's affiliate program.

Stationed at Base Camp (AKA head office) in Toronto, the online marketing maven will help amplify the company's well-established online presence. Steve is responsible for search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and growing online partnerships.

"Steve shares our passion for adventure travel and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience that has already proven to be a strong asset to our team," says Richard Edwards, Gap Adventures' Marketing Director.

Gervais recently returned from a six-month adventure to Central and South America where he travelled from Guatemala to Peru.
