CHARLOTTE, NC, January 13, 2011 (Press-News.org) http://www.911bodyrescue.com. Coach Abby Campbell, founder of 911 Body ResQ, will be hosting the 2011 Facebook Body Transformation Challenge to help Facebook members lose weight and get fit and healthy for the new year. Participants may join in on the Facebook challenge between January 10-24 to earn their way to several prizes. The winner will be chosen on May 1, 2011.

It's a new year, and thousands make resolutions to get fit and healthy. Campbell says, "We all know how difficult it is to lose weight and achieve maximum fat loss. Many go on yo-yo or starvation diets, and they will lose for a while only to give up before they have reached their goals. It has always been hard and not been fun for many. So, I'm hosting this challenge to help people lose weight the healthy way as well as to teach them how to live healthy for a lifetime."

Participants will freely receive ongoing motivation, training, and information that up until now has only been for Campbell's private clients. Campbell will share the following information with participants: how to eat a balanced diet, what foods burn fat, when to eat to maximize fat loss, recipes, types of exercises that are most efficient and effective in losing stubborn fat fast, as well as inspirational stories, videos, and testimonies of others who have already lost weight.

"As a fitness coach, I have offered to help for free and make the process of losing body fat a success in a much easier and fun way. I hope to help many people reach their personal desire to gain a beautiful and healthy body. Hopefully, participants of the challenge will pay it forward by helping their family and friends with the knowledge they will gain during their 12 weeks of the challenge," says Abby Campbell, founder of 911 Body ResQ.

Dusty, Rusty Scuba Divers: Ways to Stay Active

2011-01-13
Life takes its toll. We are all busy. Scuba diving typically gets put on a shelf after a while and starts collecting dust. In today's tight economy, people are just not spending the money on extra things. We are creatures of habit and eventually scuba diving gets put to rest, at least until now. As time goes on, with anything, we get rusty. This could be as simple as swinging a bat or throwing a football. It's just not second nature like it used to be. Then our reflexes slow down and things can become a danger if we are not careful. Take driving a car for an example. ...
