Roving Coach International Adds New Strategic Rover

Sunita Shouse, International Consultant, Coach and Entrepreneur Joins Roving Coach

RALEIGH, NC, January 14, 2011 (Press-News.org) 2010 has been a year of tremendous growth for Roving Coach International, a unique Triangle-based company that is working within organizations to make career development coaching a benefit for employees below the executive level. In addition to working with Inspire Pharmaceuticals to perfect its service offering, the young company has added 10 highly qualified, highly enthusiastic professional coaches to its roster.

In keeping with this trend of rapid growth, Roving Coach has hired Sunita Shouse to fill the role of Strategic Rover. Shouse, an international consultant, coach and entrepreneur with 24 years of strategic planning, leadership development, multicultural team development and operations experience in global profit and non-profit arenas, will assist Roving Coach by helping facilitate strategic and operational goals, as well as performing account management duties.

Shouse was president of her own human resources consulting business, in which she provided a broad range of organizational consulting, talent management, career/personal coaching, and business development expertise to clients in healthcare, retail, health and fitness, crop science and banking. Prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial endeavor, she was Vice President of Career Management Consulting at Right Management Consultants. During her time with Right Management Consultants, she led the development, expansion and profitable growth of the Career Transition Business Unit servicing more than 150 large multi-national companies in all industry sectors with operational and P&L responsibility for over $4.0M in annual revenue. Sunita's experience in management and consulting are further strengthened by her experience as both a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco, North Africa, and a Captain in the US Army.
