IOS Health Systems Hires Mr. Karl P.N. Russell as Lead Engineer and Systems Manager for the eSeaCare Electronic Health Platform.

Russell as Lead Engineer and Systems Manager.

Mr. Russell is a leading expert in Maritime satellite communications and will be reporting to Mr. Jose M. Sanchez, IOS Chief Information Officer. He will be the lead engineer and systems manager for the deployment and integration of the eSeaCare Electronic Health Platform. Before joining IOS, Mr. Russell worked with MTN Satellite Communications and led his teams in multi-million dollar satellite communications and voice platform enterprise projects with the world's leading cruise lines including Royal Caribbean International (RCI), Carnival Corporation, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara Cruiselines, Holland America and many others. Mr. Russell led the design, development and implementation for the migration of RCI's crew based calling system to a feature rich, fleet-wide voice platform as well as replacing Holland America' s phone alert system with cutting edge VoWiFi handhelds to utilize existing wireless infrastructure that resulted in an exponential increase in communication efficiency. Mr. Russell holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Master' s Degree in Networking and Telecommunications.
