Anthony Di Bartolo to Present the 5 Elements of a Home Inspection for the BNI Top Producers Networking Organization

FARMINGDALE, NY, January 27, 2011 (Press-News.org) BNI Top Producers, a Long Island networking organization, is happy to announce that Anthony Di Bartolo, President of ATD Associates Home Inspectors, Inc. will be speaking at their February 1, 2011 meeting. The group meets weekly at the Spartan Diner which is located at 1580 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, NY. His topic will be "5 Elements of a Home Inspection."

Mr. Di Bartolo is licensed by NYS as a home inspector. Among the topics Mr. Di Bartolo will discuss are:
- Areas of the home that he is required to inspect.
- Components of the home that are excluded from an inspector's report.
- The essential elements of the disclaimer clients are required to sign.
- The new Code of Ethics adopted by New York State for home inspector.

BNI Top Producers is a Long Island business networking organization that meets Tuesday mornings at 7am at the Spartan Diner in Farmingdale New York. Anthony Di Bartolo is president of ATD Associates Home Inspectors, Inc. He is a licenced home inspector. A graduate of Sunrise Career Institute., he has many years of experience in home repairs. He also teaches adult education course on the basic elements of a home inspection in adult education programs at the Farmingdale and East Meadow high schools.
