David Michael & Co. Gets Fresh!

DM Flavors offers a line of flavor additives that builds back freshness and flavor to products containing fruit.

2011-01-30
PHILADELPHIA, PA, January 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Variations in fruit types, growing areas and processing conditions can have an impact on the flavor of straight juice products. To accommodate for this, David Michael & Co. offers a line of Fresh Flavors - non-characterizing flavors that when added to a product using fruit, build back the freshness for a "just picked" sensation. Fresh Flavors also help to reduce the slightly stale taste that juice products typically develop over the course of their shelf life.

David Michael & Co. will work with our customers' specific base ingredients in providing a Fresh Flavor that exactly matches the flavor needs of the application. Fresh Flavors can also be combined with David Michael's fruit WONF flavors to produce deliciously refreshing results in juices, hard candy and other food items.
