PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, January 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) DMG Productions is proud to announce three new episodes of "American Farmer" airing nationwide this spring. The programs will be presented commercial-free, covering topics such as livestock, dairy farming, dietary health & food nutrition, irrigation, soil & plant education, pest management, sustainability, grain & machinery and more.
"The beauty of this program is that we remain true to our nation's roots. The farming and agricultural community is the backbone of this great country and we are proud to highlight it," said Adrien Aniceto, Senior Producer for the series. More than 200 years ago, in a letter to John Jay, Thomas Jefferson wrote, "Cultivators of the earth are the most valuable citizens. They are the most vigorous, the most independent, the most virtuous, and they are tied to their country and wedded to its liberty and interests by the most lasting bands." This still holds true today and is the underlying theme throughout our series, she added.
Broadcast is scheduled for second quarter 2011 on a combination of national and international cable networks. The programs will also be available for streaming online. Dates and showtimes TBA.
