The acquisition of OEM Warranty Risk, Inc. includes the transfer of customer accounts, call center assets, service vehicles, operating agreements, domain names, registered trademarks, service marks, specialized software applications for the warranty industry, accounts receivables and facilities to McCusker & Company.
"We are excited about the opportunity to expand our capabilities and resources," said McCusker & Company President Will L. McCusker. "It gives us an opportunity to further strengthen the McCusker & Company brand."
The staff and management of OEM Warranty Risk, as well as the agreements of the 25 national field sales agents will also transfer to McCusker & Company. The price of the sale was not disclosed.
