McCusker & Company, a national leading provider of extended warranty protection services, today announced the acquisition of Overland Park, Kan.-based OEM Warranty Risk, Inc.

The acquisition of OEM Warranty Risk, Inc. includes the transfer of customer accounts, call center assets, service vehicles, operating agreements, domain names, registered trademarks, service marks, specialized software applications for the warranty industry, accounts receivables and facilities to McCusker & Company.

The staff and management of OEM Warranty Risk, as well as the agreements of the 25 national field sales agents will also transfer to McCusker & Company. The price of the sale was not disclosed.
