The CIO Utilities Summit is an opportunity for CIOs and senior technology executives to network with their peers and discuss the latest IT topics and trends in a relaxed, yet focused business setting. The event's agenda has been updated to include CIO Think Tanks, Analyst Q&A sessions and CIO Roundtables. These sessions will allow attending CIOs and senior executives to have in-depth discussions, share ideas and talk about project successes and failures.

Causey is a researcher, writer and consultant who has worked with technology and innovation for more than 30 years. He is a renowned speaker and writer on utility business and IT topics, specializing in the utility industry since the early 1990s. He worked on ARPANET, the military predecessor of the Internet, when it still was a closely guarded military secret. He has written more than 30 books, dozens of reports and hundreds of magazine articles for leading utility industry publications. Causey has also worked as principle-in-charge for a wide variety of utility projects including IT performance evaluation and gap analysis at Florida Power & Light, Nstar, Xcel Energy and many others.
