Indulge in a delightful three-course meal starting with a choice of either Chanterelle Mushroom Soup with a Pasta Bundle Stuffed with Rainbow Chard, Garlic, Onion, and Black Mesa Ranch Goat Cheese, Topped with Shaved Pecorino Cheese, or "The House" Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, with Golden and Chioggia Beets, Toasted Hazelnuts, Shallots, Basil and Greens with Desert Blossom Honey Dressing.
Follow up with the Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Polenta, Roasted Carrots, Arugula and Drizzled with Truffle Oil, or the Baked Dover Sole, with Three Rolls of Delicate Sole, with Fried Rosemary, Bread Crumbs, Golden Potatoes, Sauteed Spinach, Drizzled with Beurre Blanc and a Sprinkling of Tomato Dust.
