PHUKET, THAILAND, February 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) Over two full days from 13th and 14th March 2011, the Blackpool International Hair and Beauty Festival will see beauticians and hairdressers from all over the UK descending on the city to showcase their creativity and take part in one of the profession's most prestigious competitions. As part of the festival exhibitors are being asked to create masterpieces in hair styling and the sheer creativity that goes into each cut never fails to disappoint.
Previous years have seen over 600 competitors taking part and the drama that goes into creating the perfectly coiffed hair is a spectacle in itself. The competitiveness is ruthless but the results often staggering, to the point that TV documentaries have been made around the show.
Visitors will be travelling to the Blackpool Winter Gardens from a hotel Blackpool to see all the events unfold and attendees can also gain valuable tips on beauty and hair care.
Lek Boonlert, marketing head at DirectRooms.com, commented: "Visitors head to the show in their thousands to meet with professional stylists and see all the newest products and fashions related to hair and beauty. The hotels in Blackpool quickly become fully booked so anyone attending is advised to read reviews online of where to stay and then make sure they book early."
