Hotels-Paris.co.uk - Paris Prepares to Welcome Fally Ipupa

Fally Ipupa is set to bring his unique musical style to Le Zenith in Paris next month.

2011-02-17
PARIS, FRANCE, February 17, 2011 (Press-News.org) Congolese artist Fally Ipupa is set for a Paris gig in March, which could be a great opportunity for travellers to hear a fresh voice in the music scene.

The singer and dancer will hit the stage at Le Zenith on March 12th 2011.

He performed at the same venue in January last year and 6,000 people attended the show, with a similar number expected this time around.

Ipupa released his second album Arsenal de Belles Melodies in 2009, which sold more than 100,000 copies.

Anyone heading to the gig can expect to hear several of the record's tracks, as well as songs from debut effort Droit Chemin.

While Ipupa may be more famous in France than in the UK, the 33-year-old's international presence is on the rise, having collaborated with US artists Krys and Olivia Longott in recent years.

The singer made a name for himself as part of the Quartier Latin International before going solo in 2006.

If anyone heading to the gig is on the lookout for Paris hotels, they can find a vast selection of accommodation at Hotels-Paris.co.uk. The website recommends the Novotel Paris Est and Villa Beaumarchais Hotel Paris among others.

Further details about Ipupa's gig can be found at http://www.zenith-paris.com/.
