TOKYO, JAPAN, February 18, 2011 (Press-News.org) Meteor Creations announces the release of the free lite version of their popular iPhone game Animals on Board. For Animals on Board Lite, the independent Tokyo-based game developer brings all the charm and fun of Animals on Board with three Time Attack game modes so players can experience the joy of tossing animals without dipping their hands in their pockets.
As Noah, it is the player's job to try and save as many animals as possible from the Great Flood by taking the unconventional yet playful approach of throwing animals onto the Ark. The very precise yet simple slingshot-like controls help the player to place the animals where they want while constantly trying to balance out their pile of animals using its advanced physics engine to keep the Ark from capsizing.
Where most tower building games often lack replay value, Animals on Board has it in bundles. For the hardcore gamers, the three different time attack modes offer varied and hectic speed-based challenges while the casual gamer might prefer the more laid back approach in Free Play mode, which requires more precision and balance. With the 2 Player mode and animal interactions like pairing up or avoiding predatory animals from eating smaller ones, it also satisfies those who require a bit of a tactical feel to a game.
Adding to this the integration of Apple's Game Center featuring over 40 achievements, a world-wide leaderboard for every game mode and a pack of unlockable animals, Animals on Board keeps the player entertained for hours.
According to the head of PR and marketing for the title, Hayden Hughes, "We can't wait to bring the fun of Animals on Board with Animals on Board Lite to the App Store for free for those who like to try out a game before buying. With so many games on the market nowadays, players have the opportunity to be choosier when selecting how to spend their hard earned money. That's why it's important that they should know what they are getting when they purchase a game. With Animals on Board Lite, they get to experience a great game and when they want more, they can purchase the full version which comes all the added features."
Animals on Board Lite is available in the App Store worldwide for free. For further information visit http://www.meteor-creations.com/products/games/animals-on-board/
