SAN DIEGO, CA, March 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) Louisbourg Seafoods Ltd., home of Mira Bay seafood products, landed one of its largest catches to date last year, winning a 3-star award for its crab product and a 1-star superior taste award for its shrimp product at the iTQi Superior Taste Awards in Brussels, Belgium.

"We produce superior tasting seafood," says Lori Kennedy, Owner. "Our family dates back hundreds of years, so we have inherent knowledge and culture. It's a family-community business. We network with business, community and government in everything that we do."

The 2010 iTQi awards adds to Louisbourg Seafoods increasing array of accolades for its taste and quality, propelling the Mira Bay brand to new heights within the international seafood industry.
