Recognition supports Raleigh company's continued strength and leadership in real estate sector

RALEIGH, NC, March 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Preiss Company ("TPCO"), one of the largest off-campus student housing providers in the nation, has recently been recognized by Student Housing Business Magazine as one of the nation's Top 25 Owners of Student Housing. The Raleigh real estate company was ranked 11th based on number of beds owned, which currently stands at 7,000.

Founded in 1987, TPCO specializes in the development, acquisition, and management of off-campus student housing. The company employs over 250 team members and currently owns and/or operates properties in six states. TPCO's Raleigh portfolio is comprised of RedWolf Crossing, University Oaks, University Glen, University Meadows, University Woods, University Village at Raleigh, and Method Townhomes, representing a total of 1,862 beds and 335 units.
