Probst Law Office, LLC is Seeking Witnesses to the Shocking Arrest of Former WWE Star Shad Gaspard on Saturday March 5, 2011, in Columbus, Ohio

Attorney Michael Probst of Probst Law Office, LLC, is seeking witnesses to an incident that occurred Saturday March 5, 2011 between 4:45 and 5:30 pm in the afternoon in Columbus Ohio. Former professional wrestler, Shad Gaspard, was attending the "2011 Arnold Sports Festival", and was walking downtown near the convention center and north market. Mr. Gaspard was a witness to a near hit and run at the intersection of Vine Street and Wall Street. He attempted to alert an officer who responded by coming in close proximity to Mr. Gaspard's face provoking an intense confrontation.

At this point Mr. Gaspard, a physically imposing, tall and well built man wished to relieve some of the tension of the situation. He dropped to his knees asserting to the officers that he didn't wish to cause any trouble, and that he acknowledged and respected their authority. Ultimately three officers tackled him and the ensuing arrest was captured on the Shad Gaspard Arrest Video that was published to the internet by www.tmz.com

Mr. Gaspard asserts that he was compliant, respectful and simply attempting to help identify a hazardous risk to the officer.
