The tax bracket percentage rates are the same as in previous years. There is still a 15%, 25%, 28%, 33%, and 35% bracket. The changes are in the income level of the trusts or estates to move between tax brackets. The income amount for the lowest tax bracket is $2,300 or less. For the 25% bracket, the new income range is $2,300 to $5,450. For 28%, the bracket is now $5,450 to $8,300. For 33%, the bracket is now $8,300 to $11,350. And lastly, for 35%, the bracket is now $11,350 plus.
