LONDON, ENGLAND, March 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Place Prize Finals are happening in London next month and audiences are a vital part of the competition, as they vote for the winners.
Running from April 6th to 16th, the daily show will see dancers compete to win GBP1,000, which is awarded to the performer who receives the most nominations from the crowd.
The finalists this year are Riccardo Buscarini & Antonio de la Fe Guedes, Ben Duke & Raquel Meseguer, Eva Recacha and Frauke Requardt & Freddie Opoku-Addaie.
It has been a long road to the finals for the four shortlisted acts, with their initial applications submitted more than a year ago.
All of the dancers will be keen to produce their best, as there is a GBP25,000 prize for the overall winner of the competition, which is decided by a panel of judges.
The action will begin at 20:00 BST at Place, a venue close to Euston tube station.
Tickets to see the four acts perform cost between GBP6 and GBP25.
