Warner Norcross Elects Four New Members to Management Committee

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, March 16, 2011

The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has elected four partners to serve on its Management Committee.

Edward J. Bardelli, Douglas A. Dozeman and Linda Paullin-Hebden will each serve three-year terms on the law firm's
10-member Management Committee. Jonathan P. Kok will serve a one-year term to replace John J. Bursch, who was recently appointed to serve as Michigan Solicitor General.

The committee, which is chaired by Managing Partner Douglas E. Wagner, is responsible for the strategic vision and the day-to-day operations of Warner Norcross, the largest law firm in West Michigan and among the largest in the state.

Ed Bardelli, who chairs the Litigation Practice Group, focuses his practice on employment, commercial and product liability litigation. He represents many of the firm's largest clients, including Amway Corp., Dow Chemical Co., Fifth Third Bank and others. He is recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer.

Doug Dozeman concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement, trade secrets and intellectual property. He is recognized for his litigation expertise in Chambers USA and is a Top 100 Michigan Super Lawyer, a Top Litigator by Benchmark Litigation and one of the Best Lawyers in America.

Jon Kok focuses his practice in labor relations, employment compliance and employment litigation. He speaks and writes regularly on labor issues. He is recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyer.

Linda Paullin-Hebden concentrates her practice in complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions securities and securities compliance. She chairs the firm's Woman-Owned Business Enterprise Practice Group. She is recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer.
