Ugur Gunay YAVUZ : She was born in 1977, Turkey. She entered undergraduate education at the Anadolu University Faculty of Communication Sciences Department of Journalism in 1994 in Eskisehir and completed this program in 1999. In 2000 she started as a research assistant in Akdeniz University Faculty of Fine Arts, Photography Department and graduated with a master thesis titled "Photo of the Korean War and the Turkish Press" in 2002. In 2003 She went to the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, the Institute of Social Sciences branch of the Main Art Photography for doctorate and began working as a research assistant in the same department, graduated with a thesis titled " Self portrait in the art of photography". Currently she works as a research assistant at Akdeniz University.

James TAPSCOTT : Australia
''My current body of work explores the link between matter and energy, a fusion of subjective and objective reality, and the effect our perception has on the world around us. I try to provide a medium for a space to express itself. My works are essentially non-objective, functioning more like a conduit between the observer and the environment. By using simple, elegant forms and light I attempt to create a balance between displaying evidence of ritualistic artistic process, and purely natural phenomena - a balance that hopefully has some influence on the experience of the viewer / participant, as they themselves enter a state of cohesion with the environment.
My work seeks to be energy efficient and environmentally sensitive. That, with its temporal, ephemeral nature tries to remind us of the similar traits our world expresses, something we are conditioned with ourselves also. It exists in time, perhaps more than in space, and lives on through its documentation. Like a memory of an event.´´/ Artist Statement

Nafia OZDEMIR HANYALOGLU : Turkey
''I have been dealing with photography since I was a child. In 1977, at a time when there were no photography schools at all in my country, I decided to study at Ege University, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Botanic, thinking that I might perhaps make photos which could serve science. During my studies, the support of Prof. Dr. Walter G. Url, - who was a guest academician at our university at that time from the Institute of Cell Visioning and Ultra-Structural Researches in Wien- played an important role in my moral. There were photography classes in the department I was studying, but it was not enough for me. I had to get more of it. This of course required excessive personal effort rather than anything. I joined the Photography Branch of the Turkish-American Association in 80s. This changed my point of view for the photography. It was not only an instrument with scientific base which serves the science anymore, but also an important way of expressing myself. In 1984 I started to teach practical photography together with Mrs. Leyla Arsan, in the Vocational High School of Journalism and Press of Ege University. In 1987 the Association of Art of Photography Izmir ( IFOD) was established and I took part regularly in its traditional organizations. In 1987 an instructor position was offered to me at the Dokuz Eylül University, the first Faculty of Fine Arts of Turkey, which was structured newly at that time. I worked here until 1995 and left my position in order to teach at a new Faculty of another University. Between 1995 and 2005, I worked as founder and instructor at Atatürk University, Faculty of Fine Arts. I am currently working in Akdeniz University, in the Faculty of Fine Arts, since 2006 as administrator and instructor.´´ / Artist Statement

Philip NOYED : USA
Philip Noyed's work traverses many cultures and ideas. He has lived in the state of Minnesota for most of his life. He lived in Japan for three years and studied ceramics, calligraphy and classical Noh Theater performance while living there. He was the first American to perform on the Tokyo Noh Theater.
He has traveled to museums throughout Asia, Europe and North America. His paintings reflect this cultural wanderlust. Stories range from Sol Invictus and the fall of the Roman Emporer Aurelian, a Terracatta Warrior from the grave of the Chinese emporer Qin, Tibetan Buddhism, Kundalini, to an exploration of the archetypes of the mind using a combination of Christian and Islamic elements.
Currently he experiments abstract and fantasy photography field and participates international art organisations with his last term works.

Elsa BLEDA : She was born in 1986, France. Lives and works in Johannesburg / South Africa. She got her diploma in Sound Engineering in 2008. Currently works as actress on TV movies as well as Self Portrait Photographer and continues modeling for Art Photography Projects .
''I was always interested in art in many forms but photography was something I find very attractive and significant. 'Capturing the moment' idea always amazed me. Since my childhood, I traveled and moved around with my mother so often, photos were things that i kept with me as reminders of those places and faces. It's amazing how much colour and emotion it brings to my life and teaches me a new thing every single day....´´ / Artist Statement
