The CodeGirls is helping in the fight against breast cancer. Portions of profit will be donated to the Susan G Komen For The Cure foundation. As an all female IT firm, we are doing our part as professionals, especially as women.

2011-03-18
ST. PETERSBURG, FL, March 18, 2011 (Press-News.org) The CodeGirls isn't just about supporting women and their viability in the professional work place; we are advocates for women and awareness of all female issues. We are a firm founded and operated by women and, as such, have a personal stake in supporting
feminine issues and causes. Any great task requires a group effort, and the fight against
breast cancer is certainly no exception, which is why a portion of our proceeds will
always go to support breast cancer awareness. We believe it is only by the efforts of
individuals and businesses committed to the fight, that this and other challenges facing
women today could be met. You can take pride knowing that in addition to the amazing
service you will receive from the The CodeGirls, you too are making a contribution to the
cause.

We know that this is a small step towards the fight against breast cancer, but we know
it is a step in the right direction. Working with a team of all women puts into perspective
the challenges all women face, both professionally and personally. If we can take the
initiative towards facing both of these challenges head on, then we know that we are
doing our part as professionals and more importantly, as women.

The CodeGirls capitalizes on the unique skills and perspectives of women. They understand
communication and being able to see further "down the road" are keys to success. This
unique combination of analysis, pro-active attitude and free flow of ideas between staff
and customers set The CodeGirls apart from the rest of the IT world.

Originating in Tampa, FL, TheCodeGirls is a website designed to focus on women in
information technology (IT). Our mission is to create a place for them to shine and
let the world know that they DO exist. At first, The CodeGirls was a "women helping
women" site; allowing females needing IT work done to hire other women. It is now
evolving into a full scale IT powerhouse showcasing immense talent, innovation and
resourcefulness. Please visit our news page for more information on our media efforts.

We work hard doing what we love and we have a special eye for talent and style. From Website and Graphic Design to the intricacies of Coding, we get it right the first time. Let our Code Girls prove to the world that Women DO belong in IT!
