Bonnaroo Guidebook Author to Visit Savannah and Charleston 4/1 and 4/2

Tara Lynne Groth, author of How Do You Roo? A Survivor's Pocket Guide to Bonnaroo, will visit Savannah and Charleston to discuss her book, advice about attending the annual four-day camping music event and festival trends.

CARY, NC, March 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) Attendees are encouraged to come out and meet others going to The Roo, share their own festival experiences, and learn about other music festivals that take place throughout the south. Groth will host a book discussion at The Mirage Bar and Hookah Lounge on Friday, April 1st at 8PM in historic Savannah. Those who bring or buy a copy of How Do You Roo will enjoy complimentary hookah use. The Mirage is located at 20 East Broughton Street. On Saturday, April 2nd at 1PM the author visits Blue Bicycle Books in downtown Charleston for a book talk and signing. Blue Bicycle is located at 420 King Street. "Not only is Bonnaroo less than three months away, but my visit falls during the Savannah Music Festival. There couldn't be a better time to go," said Groth, a North Carolina author. "For music lovers in South Carolina, Blue Bicycle is the only book store in Charleston where they can find How Do You Roo." Future tour stops include Raleigh, Boston and New York. How Do You Roo is the first guidebook to the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. The book, which landed the #3 spot in February on the Top 100 Travel Books on Lulu, is available at select retailers in the Southeast and online. The pocket-sized guidebook offers money-saving tips, camping recommendations and festival veterans' advice for those attending the annual four-day camping and music festival in Tennessee.
