POS Membership Systems: Vectron's strong analytics give Club and RSL owners the full strory

Set your rewards to exactly the right level with our latest POS integrated membership software. Full metrics let you track customer usage exactly and set redemption levels not too high or low.

2011-03-26
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, March 26, 2011 (Press-News.org) The most recent in RSL and Club Membership Management Systems is bundled in a POS system offered by Vectron. Dealing with thousands of members can be a daunting admin task without the right automated tools and tracking. The wrong redemption levels can often cause a membership programme to stumble badly.

Vectron's up to the minute membership software lets you give swipe cards to all your members which can be used in the bar, bistro, gaming and entrance areas.

Once the initial system is set up, it's pretty much smooth running. Members can swipe their cards at at the front door and when they purchase food or drink and points are automatically accumulated.

Vouchers, discounts, buy one get one free and automated prize draw entry can all be set up via the back office toolkit. Totally automated, rewards can be set by virtually any parameter, linked to specials, supplier promotions or slow times etc. Every time a card is swiped at a POS terminal the amounts redeemed are recorded for end of day reconciliation.

Club and RSL operators can accurately balance what is sustainable to give back to members and whilst providing good member services and value.

Staff can easily use the intuitve system at point of sale and put the appropriate discounts in. Once the membership card is swiped, Vectron's rear POS display screens show the customers account number and the points received on purchase. It calculates how many points they have and customers can always ask what their points are.

Staff can search a member by name if they have forgot their card. When a staff member enters their operator number they can see the member by name or when the customer swipes their card they can talk to them by name.

Big membership programmes can use the automated birthday card linked to relevant promotions. Automatic weekly prize draw entry tempts customers to come in on weekdays. Members become keen to use their card every time and use their card to the full. People get more of a sense of belonging with the card; they love the card and the benefits they get from them.

Call Vectron to discover how our POS Membership Module could work for the venue. See http://www.vectron.com.au or perhaps call us on 1300 789 366 to talk about your clubs membership scheme.
