MEZZI Breaks New Ground by Selling to the Highest Bidder

Famous manufacturer of briefcases lets customers set the value for their products.

2011-04-03
RICHMOND, BC, April 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) MEZZI, world-renowned briefcase manufacturer, started offering its customers something new this month on MEZZI.com—an opportunity to purchase their high-end cases at cheaper-than-retail prices through the launch of a new auction system. Customers can now not only pay less for the case of their dreams, but they also get the added excitement of a last-minute bidding war.

"This new business model for MEZZI reflects one of the ways our cases are used on a popular game show," explains President David Mezzi. "Our SLIM Mold aluminum cases are the focal-point of NBC's hit show, 'Deal or No Deal,' and now our customers can essentially make their own deal on our products and create a bidding story to go with it."

MEZZI cases have long been featured on both big and small screens, making appearances in 'Mission Impossible III,' starring Tom Cruise; 'Shooter,' starring Mark Wahlberg; '13,' starring Jason Statham; and NBC's television series, 'Chuck.'

"Our customers are savvy," says Mezzi, "both professionally and in how they shop for deals, so our new auction system is a way they can express themselves in the pursuit of a MEZZI case. It also provides authenticity to the shopping experience because we are both the manufacturer and retailer of our products, eliminating the possibility of bidding on a knock-off case on a third-party Website."

In addition to a wide array of aluminum briefcases, MEZZI also offers metal laptop cases, gun cases, art portfolio cases, travel cases, makeup cases, business card cases, CD storage cases, memory card cases and tool cases. MEZZI will be selling cases through the online auction system from all its major production categories.

"We will use our auction system to sell the same cases at a discount that we represent elsewhere on MEZZI.com," Mezzi explains. "We're not going to stuff the auction full of blemished seconds or overstock items. This is our sincere effort to let customers set the value for some of our products while also giving them bragging rights to their purchase. There's no reason people can't have fun while they shop with us."

For more information about MEZZI's new auction system or to see its full line of affordable, high-quality cases, visit http://www.MEZZI.com.
