NEW YORK, NY, April 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) New to the hip hop music scene, Feature is making his mark with his avant-garde music video for "We Want It" at Film Festivals across the country. The video was recently selected as finalist for the 7th Annual Florida Indie Film Festival. Winners will be selected at the festival on Saturday April 9th at Cafe Anne's in Orlando Florida. "We Want It" is one of the original singles off the mix tape "The Trailer" which was released in August 2010. The song conveys the hunger, anger and frustration that comes with an overwhelming desire to make it in hip hop.
Filmed in New York City, the music video portrays the lives of three struggling artists who refuse to give up. "Matthew Pizzano, the director of the video, heard We Want It and he completely understood it. He recognized that the song was about my desire to break in to the music industry and be successful. Matthew then had the great idea of expanding this theme to other forms of art", says Feature.
"We Want It" was a finalist in the 2011 Los Angeles Music Video Festival and won best video at the 2010 Silver Sound Music Festival.
