SUWANEE, GA, April 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Armada Data Solutions is pleased to announce a restructure of the Service Provider Enablement Program (SEP) to better serve the channel with additional professional service capabilities around new and emerging technologies. This pronouncement precedes upcoming announcementsof several partnerships Armada is adding to their diverse core competencies of service offerings.
Since the addition of Richard Gomrick, Service Provider Channel Manager, in January of 2011, Armada has applied strategic focus to the channel to develop and reinvent the SEP to a formalized process complete with best-practice service methodology, technical support designed for longer sales cycles, and certified project managers assigned to the Service Provider Channel.Due to the unique nature of this channel's long-term and complex projects, the SEP has been redesigned to simplify the engagement process and add further transparency to the service methodology. The internal team assigned to the Service Provider Channel restructured the program with one goal in mind - make it easy to engage and deliver Service Excellence. "The Service Provider space is growing," states Paul Turner, CEO of Armada Data Solutions. "We recognize the importance of expanding alongside the Service Providers. We are working with several new partners in the next quarter, which we believe will provide value to our Service Provider partners. It was a necessary next step to revamp our SEPto streamline our engagement and delivery process before launching our new services."
"We are here to serve as an extension of our Service Provider partners' team, as well as provide expertise of emerging technologies that are outside of their core offering," says Richard Gomrick. "Armada does not sell product or go direct to customers. Our business model isclear - professional services only through channel partnerships. Our Service Provider partners trust our internal team of over 100 engineers and project managers to assist with pre-sales support, deployments of complex technologies, and management of projects from implementation through validation."
Armada's SEP was developed by a cross-functional internal team, as well as feedback from Account teams, Project Managers and Engagement Managersalong with other Service Provider personnel.
