- Multitenant Architecture Simplifies Global Deployment, Reduces Cost - Prodiance Audit & Control Manager (ACM) incorporates a new multitenant architecture for v5.5 to support separate system deployments, each with their own security and configuration, without requiring additional hardware. This new feature offers significant cost savings in hardware and IT support.

- Usability Enhancements Drive Adoption - Prodiance ACM v5.5 incorporates a fresh new end user portal with flexible dashboard web parts for tracking the status of critical spreadsheet and Access files through personalized reports and charts.

- New Dashboard Tracks Auditor Recommended Controls - Prodiance ACM v5.5 ships with a new management dashboard for tracking controls applied to each critical file, including versioning, access control, change control, logic inspection, backup, archival, documentation, and other auditor recommended or required controls. These controls are automated through Prodiance lifecycle management and workflow.

- Supports the Latest Microsoft Platform - Prodiance ERM v5.5 incorporates full support across all products for the latest Microsoft platform, including Office and SharePoint 2010, Windows Server 2008 R2 and both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.

- Increased Performance Speeds Processing of Monster Spreadsheets - Prodiance Spreadsheet IQ v5.5 incorporates significant speed improvements with a new, highly scalable analysis engine capable of processing ultra large and complex spreadsheets. The product also supports expanded cell analysis options and significant usability enhancements.

- Central Master Inventory Speeds Discovery and Risk Assessment - Prodiance eDiscovery v5.5 incorporates a new architecture with a central SQL Server master inventory for supporting simultaneous discovery instances and rapidly processing ultra-large inventories across distributed file share and SharePoint environments.
