This will be the first V's Barbershop to open in San Diego County, signifying the 13th location in the franchise network, established in 1999 in Phoenix, AZ. In observance of National Youth Sports Safety Month (NYSSM), 50% of all proceeds collected for services rendered during the Grand Opening will be donated to Athletes for Education (AFE), a non-profit organization that support youth through mentorship. San Diego Charger Steve Gregory has joined forces with AFE and will make a personal appearance at the Grand Opening event.
