PEORIA, AZ, April 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Simmers Financial Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Shawn D. Mora from Senior Account Executive to the position of Operations Manager. Mr. Mora is responsible for working with all of the managers to insure proper procedures, and in addition to providing oversight, mentoring and professional development for the consulting and office support staff, as Operations Manager Mora is responsible for quality control, technical work product and local business development initiatives.

To help with the growth of the company he has worked successfully with David Simmers, President. "Shawn has done an impressive job for the company as an executive and is deserving of the promotion to Operations Manager," said Mr. Simmers.
Shawn holds his undergraduate degree from The University of Florida and received his MBA from Cal Poly-Pomona. "I'm very grateful for this recognition of my hard work and dedication to this agency.
