LOMBARD, IL, April 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Medix Staffing Solutions, Inc. recently commenced a coast-to-coast hiring initiative for the company's eleven offices to bolster its internal staff in response to increased business levels and customer needs. The company has established a plan to bring several dozen new employees on board during the second quarter of business. With Medix's Q1 hiring goal exceeded, the company is poised for increased growth throughout 2011.
"We have been fortunate enough to see a rebound in the staffing industry after the devastating economic blow of 2008 and 2009, so we have made it a company-wide objective to attract and retain as many talented employees as we can to build our team," said Medix's Senior Corporate Recruiter, Carrie Losch. "A strong team is a crucial foundation for any successful company. It is especially critical for the success of Medix since our business promise relies so much on dedicated, driven internal employees stopping at nothing to exceed the expectations of our contract employees and clients during the hiring process."
Medix is a national staffing organization specialized in recruiting skilled personnel for clients in the Professional Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare and Information Technology industries. The company provides seasoned professionals to its clients on a contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire basis.
"It is a very challenging job that requires a lot of patience and perseverance, but it has proven to be very lucrative for those who sincerely invest significant effort," said Losch. "It requires a very specific, diligent personality, so we are excited to have the bandwidth and resources to go out there and find these individuals to join our recruiting and sales force."
Losch was hired precisely to pioneer this hiring initiative and help Medix solidify a progressive hiring process. Losch has ten years of experience recruiting internal candidates for staffing and engineering companies. She is well versed in leveraging all types of recruiting methodologies to locate top talent, and she has made a solid impact for the company thus far. "After exceeding our hiring goals for Q1, we are very excited to make just as big of an impact on Q2," she said.
Tyler Warfield, a recent hire in Medix's Lombard, Ill. office, was one of the many successful hires that have resulted from the initiative thus far. He says what drew him into joining the Medix team was opportunity. "Medix offers a chance to establish yourself within an organization that can really propel your career," said Warfield. "Every company states there is endless potential and opportunity within their organization, but Medix was the only company I spoke with that actually demonstrated that potential and made it a reality."
Medix's CEO Andrew Limouris is enthusiastic and grateful to be in such a healthy state of business to make internal hiring a top priority. "The core of our business is the people we have driving it," he said. "With our ambitious goals for growth, we know the only way to achieve them is by establishing a strong foundation of capable and driven employees to catapult us to success."
