RALEIGH, NC, April 29, 2011 (Press-News.org) Sparians Bowling Boutique & Bistro, the Triangle's only bowling boutique and bistro, will be hosting a Mother's Day brunch on May 8th, from 10:30am - 3:30pm. The Bistro at Sparians is a full-scale restaurant serving American favorites with an upscale twist. The restaurant offers indoor, outdoor, and lounge seating in addition to the Sparians staff prepared to cater to you.

The Bistro will be offering a larger-than-life buffet setup in the luxurious Midtown Suite. The breakfast station will be serving up mini buttermilk pancakes with deliciously warm maple syrup as well as bacon, sausage, hash browns and fresh homemade biscuits. In addition, the carving station will offer slow roasted prime rib and brown sugar roasted ham. The buffet will offer favorites such as deviled eggs, bruschetta penne salad with artichokes, baked Hawaiian salmon, and chicken cordon bleu, just to name a few of delectable dishes.
