He's got a powerful voice, and at the tender age of 11 he discovered his gift. Jean-Marc LERIGAB aka "Mejay", born in Paris and of West Indies culture. "Mejay" grew in a family of four children in a Parisian suburb where he discovered music at the age of eleven on an old piano "Gaveau" in the lounge of their apartment.

At the age of sixteen, he was sought after to play in his church. Mejay and his fourteen-year cousin which were a drummer,formed a duet "drums/keyboards". By age eighteen, he founded his first group " FAX 7 " seven musicians and singers in which he played original compositions going off funk to jazz/rock to pop. After six years of existence and several tours, the group recorded its first album:"Question Mark". Meanwhile, Jean-Marc discovers in Paris, the Gospel Choir of Master Music, known today under the name of "NEW GOSPEL FAMILY", which he is in demand as singer soloist then as musician, arranger and composer internationally.
