May 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) XTEL, international company specialized in software and services focusing on vertical systems for manufacturers of consumer goods, was included in the annual report published by Gartner, a leading analysis and research company from Stamford. XTEL and its CRM suite of solutions for consumer goods, Sales Master One, received a "positive" rating.
The report, "MarketScope for Sales Force Automation in the Consumer Goods Industry", was published last March 9 by Dale Hagemeyer. The analysis covers all major CRM software producers for the consumer goods industry throughout the world (this year it included 20 names) selected on their level of performance. The report is carefully considered by companies when it comes time to choose the right sales application.
The rating is given based on a number of factors, including geographic strategy, capacity to understand the market and react to its changes, vendor track record, product strategy, and capacity to respond to specific industry requests. All these indicators help evaluate the companies' soundness and growth capacity and the development of their products over time.
Alessandro Bosi, XTEL's Managing Director, states, "Being impartially evaluated is always a great opportunity, but to receive such an important rating, from a renown analyst firm like Gartner, is a true satisfaction. In 2010 we continued to invest both in our international expansion and in product innovation and we feel that these commitments are generating great results. We are confident that 2011 will also be a gratifying year, as we will be presenting the new Sales Master One version 4 across Europe".
XTEL continues to be the optimal choice for European CG companies: "Sales Master One has excellent usability and analytics, has harnessed the power of predictive modeling, and, like our customers say, it is actually fun to use" Bosi concludes. Also, given its solution footprint and relevant experience of key executives, XTEL is a good fit for Latin America: multinational companies consider it for any trade that extend there.
XTEL is committed to helping consumer goods manufacturers to achieve excellent sales performance, by enabling them to define and execute successful sales and marketing strategies. XTEL solutions offer the right capabilities to manage critical sales processes, link strategy to execution, increase the effectiveness of comercial resourses, reduce time-to-market and, therefore, to build a sustainable competitive advantage.
