Disneyland Paris has organised tributes to pop stars ranging from Elvis to Rihanna.

PARIS, FRANCE, May 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Disney theme park and resort in Paris is hosting a series of shows that give a respectful nod to various pop stars and deliver a great night out for parents and their children.

Families can check out Disney Village Stars Tribute from 19:00 local time every Friday and Saturday until May 28th 2011, with the first act appearing this evening (May 6th).

Tonight's show is entitled Single Ladies and is dedicated to divas like Beyonce, Mariah Carey and Rihanna, while Saturday's performance will focus on the king of rock'n'roll, Elvis Presley.

Friday May 13th will be a disco-themed night and the following evening will be heavily influenced by the Blues Brothers.

The next weekend sees the Friday show devoted to film soundtracks and the Saturday performance covering the musical career of Michael Jackson.

For the final weekend of the cycle, there will be a pop rock tribute to various movies and a repeat of the Single Ladies night.

Visitors can reach the resort by taking the Eurostar train from London, or driving down France's A4 motorway.
