The leadership and coaching aimed at explaining the leader's role in supporting the associate performance excellence and behaviors. Learning and development opportunities are an integrated part of the Starwood strategy to retain talent and lead with excellence.
Ms. Faten presented a demonstration of a distinct group of the most specialized programs in developing the leadership and coaching technique.
The essential objective of the training is to enable the coach, the leader and the manager of updating his leadership and coaching skills in order to be a true role model for your staff and your peers.
