Barbizon Midwest Grads Share a Brotherly Love For Acting and Success

The Kramme Brothers are quickly finding success in the acting business, together.

SCHAUMBURG, IL, August 16, 2010

A duo of brothers from Des Moines, IA might just be the next big thing. Barbizon Midwest graduates Connor and Christian Kramme have been filling up their acting portfolios quickly with key roles.

Graduating from Barbizon in 2007 and going on to compete in the International Model and Talent Association (IMTA) competition, Connor and Christian jump started their career together, both appearing in a national AARP network commercial campaign.

Connor Kramme, 19 years-of-age and the older of the two Kramme brothers, recently burst onto the scene with a supporting role in the recently released film Mother and Child. In the film, Connor stands beside such A-list actors as Annette Bening, Samuel L. Jackson, Naomi Watts, Kerry Washington and Jimmy Smits.

This year, Connor also completed filming the Indie film Elena Undone, playing the key role of the character Nash.

"Connor has really been doing very well in just the few years since he graduated from Barbizon," Charles Nemes, Barbizon Midwest President, said. "It's so great that his brother is experiencing the same success."

The talent from the Kramme family doesn't stop with Connor. His younger brother Christian Kramme, 15 years-of-age, recently booked a role in the pilot for a new Nickelodeon series titled Telepathic. From writer Darin Henry, the show is a comedy and sure to be a hit.

Christian is also the voice for the Sea World Fun Card national advertising campaign and has appeared in ads for Invisalign.

"The Kramme brothers are both so talented," Nemes said. "There is no stopping them. We are going to see big things from each of these brothers."
