ROME, ITALY, May 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Museo di Roma Palazzo Braschi is hosting a special exhibition of Onorato Carlandi's work entitled Poesia della Natura.

It focuses on the artist's watercolours, presenting 52 items of this type, a sculpture and a further painting.

The Rome show is available to view until July 3rd, with the pieces coming from the archives of the Municipal Gallery of Modern Art.

Carlandi, a 19th and 20th century artist from Rome, is widely acclaimed for his work with watercolours, helping to renew interest in the medium.

The pieces in Poesia della Natura include views of the Roman and British countryside.

Admission to the art space costs EUR9 (GBP7.85). The installation can be found on the ground floor of the facility.

The gallery is open from 10:00 to 20:00 local time from Tuesday to Sunday.

While at the Museo di Roma, people can also check out a new installation of about 70 works that have never been shown at the institution before.
