Based at the company's headquarters in Evesham, Worcestershire he will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the family dining, restaurant, hotel and quick service restaurant sectors offering X2's new table top and customer self-service food and beverage ordering solutions.
Mark Tutton has over 20 years experience of the IT and Telecoms industry and joins direct from Steljes Ltd where, as Channel Manager, he was responsible for developing the market for wirelessly connected devices. Prior to that he worked for Vodafone as Wholesale Data Development Manager working with data resellers in a wide range of remote monitoring applications including telematics, vending, environmental monitoring, copiers and IT systems.
According to Francis Davis, CEO of X2: "Mark's appointment will enable us to expand our presence in the hospitality sector with our portfolio of 'at-the-table' solutions that includes portable wireless electronic menus through to full fixed and portable multi-media tablet solutions.
